Description: Wonderful gilt etching and aquatint of a sailing ship, superbly and delicately executed, early 19th century era, securely housed in a fine wood frame and since I didn't want to cause any damages to this nice frame, therefore I couldn't examine the item out of frame, but it looks fabulous and condition is great. Description: Fine antique Persian copper bowl, late Quajar period, a band of engraved Persian poem from poet Hafez fallowed by geometrical design. On the base a horse in sitting position with a bird with open wings on the horse's back. This type of bowls was carried by people so every individual had his own bowl and was used for drinking water or wine. Measurements: 1 inches high and 3 3/8 inches in diameter in good condition. Pair of African carved figures depicting a family with the woman carrying a jar on her head and holding it with the left hand and with the right hand carrying another vessel. The man holding a cane by left hand and his child by his right side. The man figure has a height if 11 inches and woman is 10.25 inches tall standing on a .75 inch wooden base. Both item bear very nice dark patina, in good condition with losses to woman's necklace and left earring.
