Antique Chinese Grey-green carved openwork jade Bi rendered in alternating rings of incised rope pattern. The center disk features burrowing chilong carved in bas-relief. Diffuse calcification with slight erosion are visible. Size; Diameter of carving is 5.5 inches, condition is consistent with age.

Depicting two beauties fully robed, the smaller having yellow China stamp to base, both having an attractive old surface, largest measures 6.25"H, circa late 19th century. Condition Report; Good condition.

This cane is made of extremely strong hardwood and unfolds with the push of your thumb. The seats were made of canvas and rarely survive. Can be easily replaced. Impressive Silver Art Nouveau Dress Cane-Ca. 1910-Long silver handle topped by a tapering loop ending with a flower, ebony shaft and a metal ferule. The upswept petals of the flower show some traces of gilding and speak for a cyclamen, and, the floral twig with buds applied on the vertical stem hints in that direction as well. German hallmarks.
