Antique Miniature Portrait Painting of Napoleon. Description: Wonderful Miniature portrait of French Emperor Napoleon, dressed in colorful military uniform, signed by artist. The portrait is surrounded by machine turned gilt bronze frame, 2 1/2" in diameter, set in an, 5 1/4" X 5", old dark brown wood frame. This item is in a very good condition without any concerns, 19th century era.

Much of his work is on permanent display in the Simu Museum in Bucharest, Hungary. Description; Superbly crafted bronze sculpture of standing gentelman, it seems to be elder Goethe. This item stands 10.5 inches long on a 2 inches marble base, total height is 13.5 inches. sculpture is from late 19th/early 20th century period...

This gifted artist was born in the Tyrolean Alps in 1911. He studied in Munich and Viena. Returning to his homeland, he specialized in painting portraits. His subjects were usually sun-browned peasants, depicted with brilliant realism and detail. He has exhibited and has received wide acclaim throughout Europe and the United States.
