This is a wonderful silver cigarette case with delicately engraved motif on the front and back panel, with small presentation mark engraved on the upper left side of back panel. Inside it is hallmarked and according to my reading this case is from city of Chester, England manufactured in 1841, keep in mind this is my interpretation. Size: The case Measurements are 3 1/4"L X 2 5/8"W. Condition: The case is in fairly good condition and due to its age it only has a few dings and cigarette retainers are loose.
