The painting is framed with silver engraving and carnelian blue enamel accents. Stamped 800 silver and a duck and makers seal inside with the print of a doll. Dimensions 3 1/2"L x 2 1/2"W. Condition Report: Excellent condition, this fine compact should be Austrian in origin.

Pair of African carved figures depicting a family with the woman carrying a jar on her head and holding it with the left hand and with the right hand carrying another vessel. The man holding a cane by left hand and his child by his right side. The man figure has a height if 11 inches and woman is 10.25 inches tall standing on a .75 inch wooden base. Both item bear very nice dark patina, in good condition with losses to woman's necklace and left earring.
