Well crafted Chinese famille rose mandarin enameled porcelain bowl ca.1770's. Size, diameter: Diameter of bow is about 8 inches or 19.5 x height: 8.5 cm. Decorated with maidens, court figures and birds. Condition Report; Hardly visible hairline to the interior of the bowl, slight rubbing on paintings. Provenance: Private collector, Portugal. Wood base excluded.

Description: Curved, damask, single-edged blade with thickened back, iron forte and ring with inscription and floral motifs in gold; faceted, curved, horn grip; (frayed) blue-velvet covered wooden sheath with iron mounts and floral and geometrical-patterned silver decoration. Overall length is 12 inches in very good condition.

Fine Silver Covered Dresser Box, 1795, Germany, with reticulated lid and sides, the sides with garland draperies, with four ram's head sides terminating in hoof feet, now lacking the glass liner.
